It's a pleasure announce a successful installation of a Debian GNU/Linux
Squeeze 6.0.3 on a LPAR of a Mainframe IBM z10.
Thats nice!!!

Hi João,

I burned the CD #1 with the file d390.ins copied from /boot to / with the
correct paths to the directory /boot and boot up the image via the HMC.

thanks. Indeed that works. The next CD re-spin should contain a suitable
d390.ins.
